Aromatherapy
Kit is a Clinical Aromatherapist registered with the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA). Aromatherapy uses essential oils to promote wellbeing within the mind and body. It can be used to support stress reduction, promote sleep and ease muscle tension amongst other issues. Kit compassionately supports her clients to feel restored and relaxed, with her particular area of interest being women’s health and pregnancy.
What to expect:
Working with organic essential oils, Kit creates aromatherapy treatments that work with the body’s systems to support overall wellbeing. No two treatments are the same, as a holistic approach is taken to blending essential oils based on your present needs. Your blend will be used as part of a therapeutic massage which incorporates slow rhythmical strokes and may use other techniques such as gentle stretching and passive joint mobilisation. Pregnancy massage is also offered from the second trimester. AromaReflex treatments incorporate reflexology and aromatherapy, with your blend application and massage focussing on the feet. All treatments include a postural analysis and wellbeing consultation.

45 mins – Remedial massage focussing on specific areas such as the back, neck and shoulders £45
60 mins – Remedial massage, Pregnancy massage, and AromaReflex £55
75 mins – Full body aromatherapy massage, and AromaReflex £70
